Job Description:

• Provide legal advice on corporate and real estate tax matters.
• Work across multiple practice areas, including M&A and nonprofit tax law.
• Offer tax planning, compliance, and strategy for diverse client needs.
• Handle tax implications for transactions and audits.
• Support firm growth through collaboration and client engagement.
• Potential for Senior Associate or Partner track based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission in relevant state(s).
• 5+ years (Senior Associate) or 10+ years (Partner) in tax law.
• Expertise in corporate, real estate, OR M&A tax.
• Experience with nonprofit tax law preferred.
