At RSM Ebner Stolz, you will analyze tax risks as part of tax due diligence projects and consider the identified risks in your tax support for purchase agreement negotiations (SPA review) . You will develop concepts for the tax-optimized structuring of corporate transactions and, following a successful transaction, you will support post-deal integration . Your responsibilities will also include tax advice on internal group restructurings, the development of tax planning concepts, and ongoing tax advice. You can also look forward to the challenge of assuming responsibility for leading and mentoring younger team members.
Have you successfully completed your tax advisor exam and gained professional experience in tax planning and transaction consulting ? Do you have a strong command of English , a solid understanding of national and international tax law , and enjoy project management ?
