You’ll be joining one of the most stable teams in public accounting. Their retention rates are some of the highest in the industry. If people leave, it’s generally to move to Corporate. They rarely lose people to rival firms.

When the firm was founded, over a hundred years ago, they had a simple philosophy. Treat their people well. Safe in the knowledge that if they did that, their people would go above and beyond for clients. They still live by this today. It’s why people join and then stay.

You could be their next Tax Manager

You’ll take care of the Firms HNW and UHNW client base. You’ll provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting for individuals, investment partnerships, trusts, gifts, estates and private foundations.

You’ll get paid between $145,000 and $180,000. As you’d expect with any position in Public Accounting, there’ll be longer hours at times of the year. But it won’t be what you’d have in the Big 4 or Top 10 firms.
