With an office in Rockville and in Northern VA, they support a steady client base that includes real estate, construction companies, professional services firms, and high-net-worth individuals.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a balance of technical work, client interaction, and team leadership. The role will focus on individual, passthrough, and trust and estate engagements, with opportunities to work closely with business owners and families on planning and strategy.

You’ll manage a small team, review work, and collaborate directly with partners on complex returns and advisory projects.
